Vladimir Nikulin

Perhaps it is the mood

the scale of entreaty

to decide

look past the object-

act-ivity in one’s head.

We can decide

a plausible excuse

the physicality; two tables,

one has already landed;

now arriving – prior knowledge.

Yet neither is alone

we both know that

the other sees the same

response in a visual

interplay with eyes.

When can we challenge

the notion of agenda

when will our hearts

be satisfied with knowing

not all need be based upon, lovely?

For one, maybe arrived,

the other, cool speaker,

still stunning sing-l-y

while remaining coupled …

another cafe moment.

I would love your commentary
