Silent Yearns

Still happens

bright lights of day

crowded avenues

silent yearns

while all around me

different reality

plays out a fantasy,

each one upon their own dream

quiet inspiration,

lovely – human condition

~

Allowed to survive here

with little reliance on fear

that ‘other’ world.

We talk a lot

about theory and accusation

loudly, with our own

ignorance.

Yet, only now

eyes undisturbed

your legs cross my mind.

~

My smitten soft heart beats madly for you

Quiet, silent rhapsody, lovely blue
